Due to cold weather, this tour is best avoided December through February.
I’m sorry but this was a waste of time and money. You should talk about the neighborhood and history on your tour. I learned nothing about the area. This is a fictional story that sent me on a wild goose chase around the neighborhood, walking by many interesting places and learning nothing about them. Poor experience.
