Originally from the east coast of the United States, I have been living and working in France for over 30 years. I hold a Master’s degree from Brown University in classical art and archaeology, and have been on numerous digs. I currently work as a museum educator at the Musée Magnin in Dijon (which is a national museum managed by the Minister of Culture) and as a nationally licensed tour guide. I earned my license in 2012, and have been guiding ever since. Mostly here in Burgundy but sometimes in other regions as well. Burgundy is a wonderful place to be a guide, as there is so much art and history here, but not only, there is wonderful wine, great food and lots of natural beauty. I love sharing my passion not only for art, archaeology, architecture and Burgundy, but for other subjects like gardens, gastronomy, oenology and nature. Dijon is a little know gem waiting to be discovered in person or on the Voicemap App.
