Josh: Welcome to the Henry VIII's Wives half marathon. I'm Josh, your host.

Vanessa: And I'm Vanessa, your co-host. On today's GPS guided tour, we're going to guide you through some important locations from the lives of some of the most famous women to have lived in Brita... Josh: Welcome to the Henry VIII's Wives half marathon. I'm Josh, your host.

Vanessa: And I'm Vanessa, your co-host. On today's GPS guided tour, we're going to guide you through some important locations from the lives of some of the most famous women to have lived in Britain. I'm talking, of course, about Henry VIII's wives - despite their fame, they are often defined by their relationships with Henry and sadly, their untimely ends. We hope on this tour to shed a bit more light on who they were, while visiting some locations that were important in their lives.

Josh: London is a hotbed of Tudor history, so we'll also aim to guide you through some Tudor landmarks on our 21km route - some that still stand today and others where we'll need to use our imaginations. In a minute or two, I'll give you your first direction and then you'll set off on your adventure.

Vanessa: Now, as with all our audio tours, sadly, Josh's voice is the important one. He'll be giving you all the directions,.

Josh: Whilst Vanessa will be filling us in on tales from London's Tudor past.

Vanessa: Now, the directions, and commentary, are triggered by your GPS. Unfortunately, occasionally, GPS does go awry. There will never be a period for longer than a couple of minutes (maybe four) if you're walking without commentary. So if you haven't heard from us for a while, DON'T soldier on.

Josh: First of all, check the map to see if you're still on course. If you've strayed, use the map to get back. If the first bit of audio you come to doesn't play automatically, click on the headphones icon and it will play.

Vanessa: If the next audio does not then play automatically, we recommend 'Force stopping' the app and then reopening it and resuming the tour.

Josh: As well as making sure you don't get lost, our biggest priority is your safety, and the safety or those around you. So please do be mindful of other pedestrians. Look for cars and bikes before crossing roads. If you need to use the map, stop so you're able to keep looking where you're going. If you miss a direction, you can play it again - so please don't put yourself in danger at the expense of a direction.

Vanessa: So, we're now going to begin the tour. Josh is going to give you your first direction? Are you ready?

Run past the Cutty Sark and continue going, with the Cutty Sark on your left, straight towards Nandos. We will be turning right and running along the Thames path.
