
About the Tour
This half hour route will take you through central downtown Hamilton, include some interesting local and dark history as well as some fascinating ghostly tales certain to bring you a few shivers.
The stories were compiled and are narrated by Mark Leslie, long time local resident and author of the book Haunted Hamilton.

Directions to Starting Point
This tour begins at The Royal Hamilton Light Infantry building located at 200 James Street North, in Hamilton, Ontario. One of the closest municipal parking lots is off of Cannon Street West (at the corner of Cannon and MacNab, just a block away).
The following Hamilton (HSR) bus routes go past this location. (2) BARTON; (20) A-LINE; (3) CANNON; (4) BAYFRONT.
There is a coffee shop directly across James Street on Mulberry where you might want to grab a drink before you begin your walk, which should take about half an hour.
Tips
Places to stop along the way
The tour ends on a street known for plenty of food and drink options. The Winking Judge has craft beer and an old British Pub feel to it, and The Ship has some of the best burgers in the city.

Afternoon, early evening.
Precautions
Be mindful of the traffic, and always keep an eye out for pickpockets who operate in crowds and can easily detect tourists.
