John Mills and Simon Bridgwater

We have worked together at various companies as software consultants for over 15 years. We started our first proper job together on the exact same day. and have been friends ever since. Outside of work we've bonded over West Bromwich Albion, home brewing, good food, escape rooms and travel amongst other things. We've also lived in and around Bromsgrove in that time.

In recent years we had taken an interest in Bromsgrove's past and it's history. We decided to hit the local library to learn about the things we walk past everyday but in reality know nothing about. What we found, we thought was really interesting and started forming the idea of a trail that we could create to share what we had found. The problem was we had no idea how to go about doing it and in what format. We then we came across voice map and did a trail in Birmingham's Jewellery Quarter which we loved. Voice Map seemed the perfect tool for us to build the trail and share it with the world.
