I'm Laura, a local step-on guide for Road Scholar, Arrangements Abroad, Museum Travel Alliance, and many other private, visiting groups to Kansas City. I founded Cowtown Tours in 2020, and love to lead curious travelers seeking depth.

After traveling to more than 70 countries and experiencing hundreds of tours led by other guides, I’ve come to appreciate what truly makes a tour unforgettable. My deep knowledge of Kansas City’s history and culture—paired with my background in education and performance—allows me to craft engaging, thought-provoking experiences in my own hometown.
