For visitors looking for more than just the basic guide around the city with a few historical dates thrown in, this is the tour for you.

Drawing from my background in theatre and history, my skills in storytelling and passion for bringing the past vividly to life are combined to take the listener on an in-depth historical journey into the lives of locals, including anecdotes of real people connected to famous sites around the city, as well as going off the beaten track to gain an insight to the less explored areas.

Having tour guiding experience since 2015 as well as a background in teaching, these combined skills are used to delve into the hidden symbolism of some of Cork's most well-known landmarks as well as journeying through history to darker tales of the effect the British invasion had on the shape and history of the city and bravery of its people.

This voicemap tour is designed for the listener who is curious about the historical origins of a city, the events that shaped what you see today and the the people who were at the very heart of it.
