Orlando Farmers' Market
About
Orlando Farmers' Market has been a Sunday institution in Lake Eola Park since 1987. Set against the backdrop of the park's ornamental lake, it runs every Sunday from ten in the morning until three in the afternoon.

It draws locals and visitors alike to browse seasonal produce, locally crafted goods, jewellery, plants and unusual gifts. It's a pleasantly unhurried way to spend a morning in a city better known for its theme parks. The market moved to its current spot from its original home beneath I-4, near Church Street Station, and the lakeside setting is a considerable upgrade.

VoiceMap's self-guided audio tours walk through the market's location as part of wider explorations of Orlando's downtown. They use the farmers' market to anchor visitors in the city's everyday character and connect it to the broader story of central Florida's agricultural roots in citrus and local produce.
