Stories and Secrets of Viterbo
Via Santa Maria Nuova
You're going to turn right into the Piazza ahead.

[1.5 SECOND PAUSE]
These are the arches of via S. Maria Nuova.
It translates to new Saint Mary's in English and is where a church of the same name is located. The church dates from the year 1000. It has a lovely cloister, frescoes and an outside stone pulpit used by St. Thomas Aquinas.
Now if you're ready to move on, walk a few steps ahead and turn right into the Piazza del Gesu. I'll meet you there.
