The tour starts at Torre del Reloj, the entrance to the walled city. If you are in the the old city or Getsemaní, you can get there by foot. Otherwise you can take a taxi or Transcaribe bus.

All day from 7AM onwards to 7 PM. If you want to stop at museums, please take note of operating hours.
The centro histórico is pretty safe. But be aware and vigilant.
