I am an Italian Chilean journalist who has developed his professional career around food culture and tourism. Before moving to Italy, I lived in Patagonia for 10 years, where I published several cookbooks to promote this remote place as a world-class culinary destination.
I moved to Parma in 2019 and immediately realized how strong the food culture is in this ancient Roman city. It was natural to carry on researching food. My goal is to publish a cookbook on the Province of Parma, focusing on food lovers.
I aim to integrate aspects of my food research into my tours. You’ll see that during the tour my approach to information is a bit different. I aim to provide useful facts so you can enjoy Parma from a culinary point of view. Buon appetito!
