Elizabeth Fritzler is a writer and freelance editor from Lakewood, Colorado. She has lived in Boulder, Fort Collins, and Loveland, as well as many neighborhoods in the Denver area. After a decade of running a personal chef business, she has hung up her apron to edit food content such as recipes, menus, and cookbooks. She has always loved storytelling, performing her poetry, and showing newcomers the best lesser-known places to enjoy their time in Colorado. She will always jump at the opportunity to be on stage.
Though she no longer lives in Boulder, Elizabeth still enjoys living up to all of Boulder's stereotypes, including frequenting yoga classes, making daily trips to the health food store, and recycling whenever possible. Her wry wit and historical deep dives make her tour of Boulder a must for any visitor.
