向前继续前行，在车厢右边，您会看到一个由40座几乎完全相同的大楼所组成的住宅楼群，这里就是朱美拉海滩住宅区，当地人称之为JBR。它们整齐地排成两排。
JBR紧挨着海滩，有一条叫做The Walk的海滨步行街，在这里，各种时尚店、家具店、手工艺品店和精品店玲琅满目。
JBR的另一边是“迪拜眼”。它是世界上最大的摩天轮，但从地铁上很难看到它，建成后它将能承载1400名乘客。
