Hello, I'm Ross. I'm a travel, food and wine writer based in my adopted city of London. While I am a Spain and Wales destination specialist, I've travelled the globe from Tasmania to Tokyo, California to Copenhagen and written about many more countries for the likes of National Geographic Traveller, BBC Travel, The Times, JRNY Magazine and others. I'm also a part-time lecturer in magazine journalism at Cardiff University and a former editor for British Airways and Mandarin Oriental Hotel Group.
