    The oval on your left is the Vancouver cricket grounds.

    In 1942 two robbers stole $56,000 from a Vancouver bank.
    Two weeks later a women showed up at the Vancouver Police Station and claimed one of the robber’s was her boyfriend.
    She stated before he died in a gun fight, he had told her the money was buried in Stanley Park near a cricket pitch beneath heavy undergrowth. The police found nothing, but many believe there is treasure in Stanley Park.
