Stop here for a moment and turn to face the square.
Even after several visits, the effect of walking from the cramped streets and narrow alleys nearby into a sudden and dramatic open space never pales.
From here you have the perfect view of the Town Hall known as Palazzo Pubblico. Just so you know, there are no hotels on the square but only offices, businesses or private homes ... and some are really wonderful!
Let's get going again. Facing the square, please continue to the left, leaving the Campo square behind you.
