St Alban's Tower
See the tall church tower up ahead? In Dickens' time, the tower was part of the Church of St Albans, built by Sir Christopher Wren in the 17th Century. The rest of the church was destroyed in the Second World War. Today it is deconsecrated and the tower is a private dwelling.
