Facing the river Lune, turn right and walk along the Quay. When you reach the riverside benches in a couple of minutes the next scene will unfold. Stop and take a seat…
See the old stone, height restricted bridge going over the road at the end of the quay? That’s your next stop – up there.
Take the entrance to the millennium bridge on the left, then the right fork to connect with the older arch bridge.
When you’re up there walk to the last lamp post and look out over the Lune…
